Burned down village and killed in Rathidaung
Rakhine burned down a Rohingya village – Anauk Pin – in Rathidaung Township today morning at about 8:30 am, where 60 houses were burned down into ash, died 8 Rakhines and 8 Rohingyas. More villagers were wounded. Another Rohingya village –Muzardiya- was also burned down today where 2 Rohingyas. Similarly Rohingya village –Tharapin- was also completely burned down and most of Rohingya villagers were slaughtered. These villagers are stranded between Rakhines villages and Mayu River.

মংডুর একজন রাজনীতিবিদ আমাদের জানিয়েছেন যে,আর্মি,নাসাকা ও পুলিশ এখন সাধারন রোহিঙাদের ঘরবাড়ি,লুন্ঠন,ধর্ষন ও ধরপাকড় করছে,তাদেরকে সহায়তা করছে নতুন আসা অধিবাসী ও রাখাইনরা,সাধারন রোহিঙাদের হত্যা করা হচ্ছে,যাদের মধ্যে নারী ও শিশুও আছেন।
“বার্মার নাগরিক হিসেবে রোহিঙাদের অধিকার ফেরত দেওয়া উচিত,তাদের ভূমি তাদের প্রদান করা হোক এবং যাবতীয় নিরাপত্তা দান করা হোক যাতে তাদের ভবিষ্যতে অন্য দেশে না পালাতে হয়”,জানান তিনি।

Dear Ms. Suu Kyi,
For more than a decade, as a concerned human rights activist, I have worked towards release of political prisoners like you and democratization of Burma (Myanmar). It was good to see that the new regime had the wisdom to eventually release you with so many others that were put behind the bars for no fault of theirs except that they demanded what is morally right and good for Burma. I am also glad that you along with 43 others of the NLD were able to participate in the April by-election and win. It was a great win for the people. A hearty congratulations to you and your party.
